Track my progress as I train with Team In Training for the San Diego Rock N' Roll half marathon and transform from a "non-runner" to a "half-marathon runner" (or so I hope:)) while raising money for a GREAT cause, to help the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society save more lives.
Everyone knows somebody (a family member, a friend, a co-worker) who has cancer, or has battled cancer. Some of those battles are lost!
My good friend Sarah and I are training to run the San Diego Rock & Roll Marathon as members of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. (click here to read about how we got involved)
We're completing this event in honor of those who are battling blood cancers.
